Birthday Season

Every year come May, there is a slight explosion of birthdays for my family. In addition to my own, I celebrate uncles’, cousins’, my sister’s and father’s. My parent’s wedding anniversary also happens to fall in this month. May is one exciting entrance into summer. This year for my birthday weekend I decided to venture home to the suburbs for a great Italian dinner and a mellow time on the patio as we listened to music and I literally drank in the moment of turning another year older. Here’s to 27. May it be a wonderful time.
